Cancellation by the customer

In the event of cancellation by the customer, is it possible to ask for a refund on the deposit (the booking must have been made more than 60 days before the arrival in the structure) if the cancellation is made within 30 days after getting payment's receipt.

Cancellation by the portal

 In the event of cancellation made by the portal, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the property rental in addition to having paid a fee (penalty) paid by the owner:
- Cancellations from 59 to 29 days before the arrival in the structure is at the 0% of the amount .
- Cancellations from 28 to 14 days before the arrival in the structure is at the 50% of the amount.
- Cancellations from 13 to 0 days before the arrival in the structure is at the 100% of the amount.
